SURVIVING CROWDS AS AN EMPATH

Follow my personal framework for navigating crowds as a highly sensitive person — so you can stop feeling emotionally hungover after every outing and finally participate in life without constant exhaustion or overwhelm.

In This Free Guide, You'll Learn:

  • My go-to morning centering practice that sets you up for success BEFORE you even walk out the door — so you enter any space feeling grounded instead of already on edge.

  • The "Recall & Release" technique that changed everything for me — finally stop carrying everyone else's emotions home with you like unwanted souvenirs.

  • Simple in-the-moment tools (like my favorite finger snap trick) to move heavy energy out of your field — so you can stay present without your nervous system running a full marathon.

  • My favorite ways to recover AFTER being around people — including the nature practice that helps me come back to myself when I'm feeling completely drained.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Hey! I'm Sheona

I help highly empathetic women thrive in their lives without anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout.

But it hasn't always been this way…

I grew up being told I was "too sensitive." Life became a constant struggle — work, friends, and family all turned into stress, exhaustion, and feeling sick to my stomach. I was surviving days relying on whatever I could just to keep from feeling nauseous all the time.

Then came the wake-up calls I couldn't ignore: food poisoning (terrifying for someone with a phobia of throwing up), a depression and anxiety diagnosis, and then… cancer.

At that point, I knew things had to change.

I dove deep — completed my Reiki Master Certification, changed my diet, started moving my body. It helped, but I was still exhausted and nauseated around other people. It wasn't until I learned how to fully connect to myself, stay grounded, and clear my energetic field that I FINALLY found relief.

Now I have adventures I never thought possible, actually enjoy being around people, and feel confident making decisions from a place of authenticity.

I created this guide because I know what it's like to feel like your sensitivity is the problem. It's not. You just need tools that actually work.

See ya inside! Sheona
